Growing up, the circle of friends you keep can either make or break you.

Negative peer influence and bullying among peers has been known to be one of the risk factors causing thoughts of self-harm. Healthy friendships however, are to be cherished as they can be a great source of love and acceptance; uplifting us when we need it most.

In this episode, our guests Mathura, Hong Jin and Daniel share the piercingly difficult moments they had to face as well as the huge impact that some of their amazing friends had on their lives via one encouraging word, a shoulder to lean on and a listening ear at a time.
