Breathe: Suicide Prevention is a series exploring the emotions, facts and experiences of everyday Malaysians who are wanting to end their own lives. The intention of documenting this is to bring light and understanding to this taboo topic of suicide.
We want to be able to find a way to get people to keep “breathing” and calm down before they go to the lengths of intentionally causing their own death.
And no matter how dark the circumstances are, there is always light at the end of the tunnel – there is always hope.
